I doubt that I may be
capable of loving.


There are times when
I think that fear
will prevent the best of me.


There are times when
I would rather crawl
than bear the crown bestowed me.


There are times when
I see the tricks time plays
times truth under the curtain.


There are other times
when I get carried along
and forget that I am living.


There is freedom in forgetting
but the ignorant aren't free
they are slaves, not masters, of their own existence.


Now I know no conditions
can tear me apart from that truth underlying
unless I give in.


Life has no conditions
it is us, in society,
that feeds fear, guilt and shame.


There are times when
I feel change is possible
though I often forget it is inevitable.


Some are miserable by force,
others are miserable by choice,
misery itself will remain unextinguished.


There are times of ease
and times of great difficulty,
one without the other renders life incomplete.


Is it such a surprise?
A new day is on the rise.
The truth has always been
there for those willing to live it.


As we delve into the darkness
and expose it to the light
we encounter the demand for change
and by its urgency we catalyze.


The story is neverending
the eternal procession under the sun
there is purpose to this day
the ever increasing expanse of light.


The times cycle onward
the eternal law of new beginning
even if led astray and filled with sorrow
all for a higher purpose is occurred.


There are times of honest seeking
and times of great delusion
if matters not what reality we face
what matters most is truth perennial!
