In today's blog entry I would like to share a poem I just wrote.
It's called "The Screen". You can easily guess what it's about.
My take on this subject is on observing the possible dysfunctional relation
we can develop with the screens in our life.
I hope you take something valuable out of it.
Thank you for your time and attention,
And stuck were the eyes
latched onto the screen
and these were the men
who were supposed to be free.
The boundaries were set and clear
the window opaque as stone
stealing precious moments one by one
as long as we let them be stolen.
And so life came from behind
and asked us if we wanted to play
but we were too busy
so we sent life away.
There's a day to be seized
but it seems we have forgotten,
we must remember
that if we are not following
our brightest star,
our lives will soon be rotten.
